Hawkesbury

Marramarra National Park is one of the Hawkesbury’s best-kept secrets and has to be among the most exciting national parks in the country. Hidden away in the northern outskirts of Sydney at the junction of Hawkesbury River and Berowra Creek, it’s a peaceful pocket of Aussie bush on Sydney’s doorstep, just waiting to be explored. This adventure heads from Berowra Waters along Berowra Creek to with overnight camping at Twin Beaches. The journey will also see participants explore along Marramarra Creek on the shores of Hawkesbury River and head to Gentlemen’s Halt campground (for our B2B Silver trips). Participants will explore the sandstone banks of the region, navigating their way through open water and closed creeks to reach checkpoints along the way.
